— CANCELLATION POLICY —
I ask for 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service before any appointment is re-scheduled.
— No show policy —
Should you NO SHOW, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service and a non-refundable deposit will be held before any service is re-scheduled.
— late policy —
If you are running late for your scheduled appointment, please notify me. If you are more than 15 minutes late, appointments will be honored on a case by case basis.
