Future CLIENTS

If you would like to be considered as a new client of Revival Studio, please fill out the new client submission form below. Once reviewed, you will receive an email letting you know whether or not you have been approved to book an appointment through the online booking site. New clients must be able to book appointments M-F before 4:30pm. Please do not reach out if this does not work with your schedule. With Revival Studio being a specialized color service salon and having limited new client availability we will not be able to accommodate all future clients. Please give one month for a response and if you do not receive a response, please reach out again. I am usually booked one to two months out so I cannot accommodate last minute new client service requests.
